I am writing this reference on behalf of Miss Ruffin with Quality Of Life. We have had my brother Joseph Arnold in their care for about two years now. They have always given the best care and compassion for him. They always strive to do the best they can for their clients. We couldn’t have asked for a better company.
I am writing in regards to Cecily Ruffin and Quality of Life. I have known Ms. Ruffin since 2010. In 2011, Ms. Ruffin and Quality of Life provided services for my son Ramone Caldwell. During this time, Quality of Life has shown nothing but honesty, love, care, and compassion for my disabled son. The care and comfort they’ve shown, not only to my son but to my family as well, is awesome. Ms. Ruffin is a hands-on person who takes exceptional care of each and every one of her clients and their families. I highly recommend Cecily and Quality of Life. Ramone is still receiving services from Quality of Life and will continue to be a Quality of Life client.
Hey, I know you don’t need me to tell you this, but I’m going to anyway. Christina is a gift from our Heavenly Father. I don’t have words to tell you how great she is. She’s like a clinician with Blake. She’s so savvy in managing him, but she’s so upbeat and fun. We LOVE her. She has changed my life already. This last week I was so full of despair…she’s brought new life and hope for me. Please keep doing what you do. I can’t imagine life without you and the people you’ve connected us with. Christina is just jaw-dropping in how she works with Blake. This morning, I told Blake she was coming in about five minutes, and instead of running into his bedroom squeaking, he bolted out the door to watch for her. When they were getting into the van to leave, he motioned for me to go inside. I love her. You are doing God’s work. I hope you realize that.
